Cancellation of the purchase transaction
1. The user may cancel a transaction he made on the website according to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law") and in accordance with the product return policy that will be published from time to time at the company's discretion.
2. Cancellation of an order will be made from the day of placing the order until fourteen days from the day of receiving the product or receiving a document edited according to S. 14c(b) in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. The website owner reserves the right to also allow cancellation within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is returned at the buyer's expense when it is in new condition, after inspection and approval by the business, the buyer will be entitled to receive a full refund according to the payment method that carried out the transaction. Everything by coordinating the return of the product in the contact details that appear on the website and/or in these regulations.
3. The cancellation conditions mentioned above will not apply to products and/or items that were manufactured in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law in Section 14(c)d-goods that were specially manufactured to the consumer's order. Unless the business before the law agrees to this and its conditions, that is if they are published from time to time on the website.
4. Cancellation will be made via email to the company Sunrubin306@gmail.com and/or any other way that the website owner deems appropriate and will publish on the website.
5. In case of cancellation of an order according to the above rules, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is the lower and according to the law. The cancellation fee will be charged at the discretion of the website owner, usually the policy of the website owner is not to charge for cancellation fees.
6. The cancellation of the order is subject to the buyer returning the product to the business at his own expense in its original packaging, complete and/or without injury and/or damage and/or defect and/or spoilage when it is in new condition, in good condition and without use at all.
7. The conditions will apply to products according to the Consumer Protection Law.
8. If you received a product that seemed different to you on the site itself in its dimensions, color, etc., you must contact the business in an orderly manner and in writing within 14 days as mentioned. The business has the sole discretion as to whether to accept the product back. However, it is recommended to read in the additional conditions that follow about the efforts that the business tries to make to reflect the products on the site as they are in reality despite the limitations involved - color, proportions and more.
9. If you received a product that you fear is defective, you must contact the business in writing and deliver it to the business for inspection. A product that is found to be defective will receive a full credit for it, but no grounds for compensation will arise.

10.Shipments-Israel:
Shipping to Israel will be carried out by a courier company at our expense within 14 business days from the moment the order is confirmed - the delivery date will be coordinated by the courier company with the customer.
